Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe how Skango Group LTD ("Magimo", "we", "us", "our") provides personalised storybooks, activity workbooks, colouring books, and related creative services. By placing an order on our website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering & Personalisation

• Orders are created based on the information and reference photos you provide. Please ensure all names, spellings, ages, and preferences are accurate.
• We begin work shortly after payment is confirmed. Once production has started a cancellation can no longer be accepted.
• Each order includes one (1) complimentary modification after the initial preview. Additional modifications are available at a cost of 50% of the order price per revision.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorise Magimo to charge the total order amount plus any approved add-ons or revision fees.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted only if production has not yet started.
• If you are dissatisfied with the final artwork, you may request a 50% refund. The remaining balance covers the digital artwork already delivered. We will not proceed with printing or shipping and the remaining 50% will not be charged.
• No refunds are provided once a product has been approved and sent to print or dispatched.

5. Delivery & Timelines

• Digital versions are delivered via email/download links once approved.
• Printed books are produced and shipped via trusted third-party partners. Courier timelines may vary based on destination.
• Requests for modifications may extend delivery timelines. Magimo is not responsible for delays caused by revision requests or by third-party logistics providers.
• Our obligation is to deliver the final approved digital files and submit the order to production. Any courier delays fall under the shipping provider's responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Custom artwork and layouts created for you may be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Magimo retains ownership of templates, base illustrations, and production files. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or license our designs without written consent.

7. Personal Data & Photos

Details about how we collect, store, and delete your data—including reference photos—are outlined in our Privacy Policy. In brief, uploaded photos are used exclusively for illustration purposes and are deleted within 60 days after order completion.

8. Liability

• Magimo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services, customs, or other third parties once the product has left our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England, unless local consumer protections require otherwise.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
