When you place an order we may collect the following information that you provide:
- Customer contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Delivery information so the finished product reaches the right address
- Recipient details (name, age, favourite themes or hobbies) used only to personalise the story
- Reference photos that let our artists accurately illustrate faces, expressions, and the requested scenarios
How We Use Your Data
- To design and deliver customised stories, activity books, colouring books, and similar artwork
- To contact you about your order, gather clarification, or send the finished product
- To improve our services, while always treating your information with strict confidentiality
We never share or sell your information. All photos and personal details are used exclusively for producing the artwork you requested.
Photo Handling & Retention
Photos are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Our illustration team uses them solely for creating the artwork and verifying likeness. We retain uploaded photos for a maximum of 60 days after the order is delivered, then they are permanently deleted from our systems.
Security Measures
- Encrypted connections for all uploads and admin access
- Limited internal access to personal data based on role and need
- Routine housekeeping to remove files once they are no longer required for fulfilment or support
